FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN DIABETES TIPE II (LITERATUR REVIEW)

ABSTRAK
Angka kejadian penyakit diabetes mellitus semakin meningkat, Diabetes mellitus adalah penyakit kronis ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar gula dalam darah yang bias menyebabkan banyak komplikasi sampai dengan kematian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan literature review dalam mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian diabetes mellitus tipe II. Pencarian Literature dilakukan pada search engine yang ada di internet berupa Google Scholar, PubMed, Proquest, dan beberapa jurnal keperawatan. Artikel yang dianalisis berjumlah 26 buah. Hasil menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang bepengaruh terhadap kejadian diabetes mellitus tipe II diantaranya genetik, usia, obesitas, pekerjaan, gaya hidup, aktivitas fisik, makanan, rokok, dan stres. Berdasarkan hasil literature review, terdapat beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian diabetes mellitus sehingga untuk mengurangi kejadian diabetes mellitus dapat dilakukan dengan mengurangi faktor resikonya.
