FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN HIPERTENSI LITERATURE REVIEW

Hipertensi didefinisikan sebagai the silent killer yang berarti penyakit pembunuh secara diam-diam. Masalah yang ditimbulkan sebagai efek hipertensi menyebabkan perubahan kualitas hidup pasien hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup pasien hipertensi berdasarkan literature review. Literature review dilakukan melalui jurnal yang berbasis elektronik yaitu database proquest. dengan kata kunci yaitu faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup pasien hipertensi, dari tahun 2011-2018. Jenis penelitiannya dari deskriptif sampai RCT. jumlah artikel yang ditemukan adalah 1807 dan 17 artikel yang diambil sesuai dengan topik tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup pasien hipertensi berdasarkan literature review adalah sosiodemografi gaya hidup, nutrisi, pengalaman keluarga dengan hipertensi, latihan fisik, pengobatan, pengendalian nafas, meditasi, asuransi kesehatan, dukungan social dan pendidikan kesehatan. Berdasarkan hasil, diharapkan adanya penelitian secara langsung kepada pasien hipertensi mengenai faktor-faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup pasien hipertensi.
